We had a wonderful time in Lugliano, in appt.4. The village is very quietly located higher in de mountains with great views from the appartment. Had several talks with the very friendly Australian owner en enjoyed the really modern and comfortable appt.
Everything was available to enjoy een great holiday incl. of quality beds, nice terrace chairs and a well equipped kitchen. A place to wind down and enjoy Tuscan villages and nature.

Helpful friendly staff, there is even a nice bbq area for common use. There is no such panoramic view from the terrace as one could suggest, if you know for example southern tuscany and lonely villas there.
But nice and clean, would recommend to only book Bigattiera 4 as that is the only one with a terrace. With this kind of weather, an must imho. Very nice pool area, kid's pool, walking grounds, overall rating 9/10.
Ideal solution for couples with no kids.Need a car to get araound. Although only 10 minutes ride to next town and supermarket.

N'hésitez pas ! Ces 2 maisons sont très propres et situées en plein centre
de la belle région du Chianti, ce qui vous permet une visite par jour pour
Florence, Sienne ou San Gimigiano pour ne nommer que ceux-là. Les hôtes de
ces lieux sont tout simplement merveilleux et d'un accueil que l'on ne peut
souhaiter plus chaleureux, vous vous sentirez chez vous. La vue est
magnifique et les lieux tranquille. Vous ne regretterez pas votre location.

Do not hesitate to rent! These 2 houses are extremely clean and well
situated right in the center of the beautiful Chianti region. This allows
for day visits to Florence, Sienna or San Gimigiano for instance. The host
of these grounds are simply marvellous and you will feel most welcome and at
home. The view is magnificent and peaceful. You will not regret renting
here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the tower and recommend it to all who would like to spend their holiday, or at least part of it, directly in San Gimignano. You don't feel like a tourist when staying there.
First class views and the facilities in the tower are excellent. I was treated very kindly by the discrete owners (Giulia in particular). I would happily go back. Understand the tower's origins and you won't have any problems with steps etc, rather you will appreciate, value, and enjoy it.

The Villa is very good. Some outdoor equipment showing signs of age.
It is Spotless and very well located. It is a Good centre for exploring Tuscany. Rural and very quiet. The villa exceeded our expectations
Good sized kitchen able to cater for a large party of people. Couple of small points: dishwasher, but no tablets. Pans, but no pan scub.
Lovely pool.
Bedrooms are Excellent. Flyscreens might be essential for the height of summer to keep the mossies out and to air the rooms.
Bathrooms are Spacious and spotless
Lovely countryside all around and the owners are very nice people.

Beautiful setting and great apartment. We stayed in apartment 1 with its own little front and back garden. Perfect for our 19 month old to run around. Only complaint is that there was no kettle. Difficult to heat up bottles for babies with no kettle.

We had a wonderful time at this villa...the owners were a delight(they speak Italian) and their property welcoming. The View is to die for .....we enjoyed many meals outdoors overlooking the woods and far below a lake. We could not use the fireplace because of the dry conditions in the surrounding area...but it really was too beautiful to be indoors....it was a wonderful vacation as the villa is within driving time of nor more than an hour(or less)to many old hill towns and wine cites...we hit 7 of them in a week. Enjoyed eating at Cory's just down the road. Would recomend this properety to friends. Cheri Neenah ,Wis

The property was really well located in rural Tuscany, about 15 minutes from the Florence/Siena highway. There are a couple of restaurants and small towns nearby, plus the town of Certaldo about 20 minutes down the road with a proper Saturday market, a grocery store and laundromat.
Not to mention the wineries around every bend.

The house was spotless, comfortable and the view is beautiful. It's basically the back half of the house and we were able to sit outside every night, overlooking the little olive grove and drinking a bottle of local wine.
There's satellite TV, but very little is in English-not that there's much need to watch TV.

We had a lovely time, and if we're lucky enough to spend another week in Tuscany, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place and beautiful location. The building is from 7th century and has been renovated in a very tasteful way. The rooms are spacious and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Cellular reception was weak or intermittent, but the owners have a WiFi, which you can access for 3 Euros.
The owners provide breakfast and 2-3 times a week dinner if reserved in advance. We missed out on that because we didn't know they would provide vegetarian option if requested.
Navigating with GPS to the location has a slight problem due to map update issues.
Overall, an excellent place that we would definitely go back to.
