A wonderfully comfortable home with all that we needed for a perfect holiday. Pool was fantastic, especially the under cover bit for cooling down in the hot summer. Fabulous views and perfect peace and quiet.Close but not too near San Gimingnano so perfect for day trips around.
Got lost getting there first day - could do with better directions. Pool was bigger than we thought - a good thing! Everything provided - website didn;t say towels provided which would have helped the packing!

Charming small villa with beautiful gardens. The pool was great for kids as it was not too deep and it was cleaned daily by the owner. Many lovely places to explore nearby – Populonia is well worth a visit. There are also many nice beaches in the area.
We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing family holiday here. |

comment: Sfeervol appartement in een prachtige villa op een mooie plek tegen de heuvels. Met gevoel voor details ingericht o.a. het servies, de plafonds en de badkamers. Zeer benieuwd hoe eea in de winter zal zijn. Behulpzaam personeel. |

Beautifull property with splendid vieuws over the valley and lake Trassimelo,very old-stylish toscanian,dark and cool inside despite the heat inside,nice pool area and garden terasses for ultimate relaxation in absolute and perfect calm.

What a little "gem", the marketing information published does not do this property the full justice it deserves. The hosts are extremely helpfull but never in your way. The property is perfectly situated in very close proximity to San Gimignano and the towers of the city can be seen from the swimming pool.
An absolute recommendation to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

Absolutely amazing views from the pool and windows. The apartments are near to Siena which you can see from the pool area. Very quiet and very clean. Would be back there tomorrow if we could. Julie W - Scotland July 2009

A wonderfull appartment, with four separate rooms connected by a central hall, also four(!) balconies and outstanding view on the mountains. Kitchen well equipped, very kind and helpfull congierge. Somewhat small swimming pool but OK for smaller children.

Our stay at Monsignor Della Casa Country Resort was one of our best stay in Italy and in the tuscany region ever. The service level and the staff was excellent. We will also highlite the resturant, different spesialities every day of local tuscany dishes.

The apartment is better than described!!
3 double bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, a big and well equipped kitchen...!
We loved stay here! The outdoor private area is nice and quiet, the pool has a great view...and the location is very convenient.
Just 18 Km from Florence, and all the most beautiful spost of Tuscany are maximum an 1hour drive away...Volterra, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca..
Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings and some of them are really excellent!
We'd love to come back!

Casa Rossa 3 is a small, but very nice villa. The pool is as close as can be; looking out the window, you see it lying underneath, so very convenient if you have smaller kids.
