Proprietà spettacolare!Pace,tranquillità e massima libertà di movimento. Piscina spettacolare e pulita tutte le mattine dal proprietario che si guarda bene dal disturbare. Insomma il posto ideale per chi si vuole riposare.
Un servizio da 10 e lode,dal personale di Posarellivillas, al proprietario di Portole. Incredibile pensare che un servizio così sia in Italia!!!Complimenti! |

This villa is located on nearly perfect spot in middle of Toscana. Just 4 km of small forest road from autostrada Siena-Firenze hidden in Toscana hills. If you count on everyday use of pool, be aware that only 4 apartments are near pool, and others are few minutes away.
If you wan't to spare some money on food, there is excelent market (Coop) in Poggibonsi just (4km away).

Fantastic holiday. Bibbiano exceeded our expectations. Great spot on its own in a secluded walled garden next to the main vineyard farm house with wonderful views. The directions were spot on and it took only 10 minutes from the Autostrada.
Guilia in the vineyard office was there to welcome us, along with a couple of bottles of the house Chianti and helpful in every respect. No problem accessing the property with a normal car. The pool was huge with lots of shade.
Italy does suffer from wasps at this time of the year. There are 2 large and friendly hounds at the property (we like big dogs).
The house was generally very well equipped and the air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms a real blessing.
Very spacious and characterful. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working and it took 5 days to sort out. So we took to bbqing in the open ingelnook. A couple of the rooms were very dark at night. A few more lamps would have been appreciated.
For a house with a great pool its a pity there were no plastic cups.
The location was perfect for central Tuscany with a score of major attractions in very close proximity. Monte Riggione was a real gem and only 10 minutes away.
The supermarket (coop) is also just 10 minutes away, however shopping in the local markets is also easy.

We really liked our genuine Tuscan villa and the property is quite spectacular,situated on a vineyard. Our villa was very spacious with two bedrooms , lots of living space, nicely furnished and with up-dated bathrooms.
Biggest negative is the lack of air-condtioning . It was very hot during our stay and fans provided were not able to cool the villa enough for comfortable sleeping. Unfortunately, the windows do not have screens so opening them let the bugs invade.
We enjoyed the beautiful pool and even played bocci.
Patrick, the property manager is terrific - very knowledgeable about the area.
The location of the villa is ideal for day trips to all the wonderful hill towns in Tuscany and yet close enough to Florence and Siena.

We enjoyed a lot staying in Borgo dei fiori. The location is beautiful and the owners are very nice. We would like to come again.

this place is very relaxing place.if you don,t mind the narrow and unpaved road it is very nice place.just be prepare for insects.i think it is good idea the owner put the screens for windows and door,have fan or aircoundition. the house was very clean and everything was function properly.i think it needs more pot and dishes in the kitchen. |

Montescalari is a very nice place. The flat was nice and clean. Its near to Figline Valdarno and Greve. There you have a lot of supermarkets. It is a good place to start your visit to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
Our children liked the pool, the little see, the table tennis.... |

The villa was absolutely lovely, mainly for its privacy, space and amazing large private terrace. A car is absolutely necessary as the villa is way out in the country. Nearest village for groceries being about 2 kilometers away.the villa and complex was better than described.The kitchen was Perfect. Large fridge freezer and cooker.
Perhaps could have been more pots.Cleaned regularly, bar situated at poolside (not expensive). Lots of wardrobe and draw space. The only thing which was missing was a full length mirror (perhaps a woman thing) but I'm sure if I had asked for one they would have brought me one. Also perhaps a brighter light would have been good when putting make-up on in the evening when the daylight is going.
Bathrooms Massive and modern shower and basin.
The owner was Extremely helpful . We couldn't have wished for anything more. When we asked for something eg extra pillows, they were brought straight away.

Very nice area. A lot of space available inside the clean appartments. Just a few renters on a big property with a beautiful swimmingpool. Real Tuscany feeling.

A wonderfully comfortable home with all that we needed for a perfect holiday. Pool was fantastic, especially the under cover bit for cooling down in the hot summer. Fabulous views and perfect peace and quiet.Close but not too near San Gimingnano so perfect for day trips around.
Got lost getting there first day - could do with better directions. Pool was bigger than we thought - a good thing! Everything provided - website didn;t say towels provided which would have helped the packing!
