The grounds surrounding the property (known as “Montagnola Senese”) is an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
A small bar run by the owners is on the premises and open during summer months.
Distances: Colle Val D’Elsa with all kinds of shops 12 km away, Siena 12 km, Poggibonsi 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 35 km away, Florence 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large park with century-old trees (cypresses, oaks..) with lawn, fenced garden, large swimming-pool (16 x 8 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), swimming-pool for children (4 x 4 m – maximum depth 50 cm – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
Shared laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. All of the apartments are provided with air-conditioning. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services to be paid on site: Baby bed on request at € 20,- / per week.
Maid service available by arrangement (€ 20,- / per hour). On request it is possible to arrange cooking and breakfast service.

This property can be rented as a private property accommodating up to 33 people.
By taking the whole property clients can also enjoy use of a large covered veranda near the pool for nice open-air meals. Cook service can be arranged upon request (to be agreed at booking confirmation).
