Charming and bright apartment situated on the Tuscan coastline offering beautiful views over the sea-side. This accommodation is part of a nice residential complex, it was built in the forties and was completely restored a few time ago.
The beaches of Tirrenia are only a few meters away and are easily accessible via the residence itself. This house is tastefully furnished and provides nice Carrara marble floors. Guests staying at Tirrenia can enjoy use of 2 sun-beds and a sun-umbrella on a beach in front their apartment.
This house is ideal for a couple or a family with children and allows easy access the beaches and at the same time allows to visit all of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Livorno and the Versilia coastline area with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi Lido di Camaiore and Pietrasanta are a short distance away).
Distances: Tirrenia with all kinds of shops 1 km away, Pisa (airport) 17 km away, the lovely town of Lucca 42 km, Viareggio and the Versilia area 43 km away, Florence (accessible by train from Pisa) 115 km away.
At guests’ disposal: panoramic terrace (27 square meters) furnished with table and chairs, reserved sun-beds on the beach in front of the apartment.
Reserved parking (1 car) within the residence.
This house provides TV Home Theatre, air-conditioning, DVD, hi-fi, washing-machine and dishwasher.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: extra bed available on request at € 55,- / per week.
Maid service available by arrangement (cost to be agreed). Restaurant on the beach nearby (open during the summer month). Use of the residence swimming-pool. Wellness centre “Green Park” approx. 300 m away.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week.
Linen and towels are provided but guests must taking care of changing them.
Check-in is possible only on Sundays between 17.00 and 19.00 while check-out is on Sundays at 9.00.
