The owners live in a third apartment on the premises and take care of the maintenance of the garden and swimming-pool. This property is in easy access to Florence and the many charming towns of the Chianti region (Castellina in Chianti, Greve in Chianti..).
Distances: Montesperoli with all kinds of shops 2 km away, Florence (airport) 35 km, San Gimginano 35 km away, Greve in Chianti 40 km, Siena 55 km, Pisa (airport) 75 km away.
At guests disposal: nice outdoor furnished areas, panoramic swimming-pool (15 x 6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09 from 9.00 to 19.00).
All of the 2 apartments provided portable barbecue, private furnished outdoor area, satellite TV, washing-machine and ironing facilities. A bread oven is available on request. Parking within the grounds.
