The main villa is occupied by the owners and provides a nice swimming-pool situated approx. 20 m from the apartments away.
Distances: the small village of Ambra with food shop 4 km away, Bucine with all kinds of shops and supermarket 15 km, Siena approx. 20 km, Arezzo approx. 30 km, Florence (airport) 60 km. The surrounding area offers several outlets (approx. 25 km away) where it is possible to buy the best Italian brands.
At guests disposal: large outdoor areas in the park of the villa, covered swimming-pool with beautiful sliding windows overlooking a nice solarium terrace and the Italian garden, dress-room, toilet, shower, sauna, veranda.
The use of the garden and of the swimming-pool is to be shared with the owners.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement at € 13,- / per hour.
Cook service upon request at € 20,- / per hour. Laundry available in the farm (€ 9,- / per washing including soaps and dryer).
