This property is situated on the hills between Certaldo and Castelfiorentino (Florence) and the Era Valley (Pisa) and offers 3 swimming-pools, a restaurant, a wellness centre, a luxury hotel and playgrounds for children.
In our program we offer 5 apartments (same ownership) all of which comfortable and nicely furnished.
Large outside areas surround this property which is located in easy access to the most beautiful corners of Tuscany like Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Florence.
Distances: Montaione with all kinds of shops 5 km away, Gambassi 8 km, the beautiful town of San Gimginano 10 km away, Volterra 20 km, Pisa (airport) 35 km away, Siena 35 km, Florence (airport) 45 km.
The coastline area with nice large equipped beaches is approx. 50 km away.
At guests disposal: spacious outdoor areas, 3 shared swimming-pools one of which is irregular shaped (open from 01/05 to 30/09) and is situated approx. 50 m away from these apartments, large garden with playground for children.
All of the apartments provide a washing-machine, ironing facilities and a private parking.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed upon request at € 20,- / per week.
A restaurant, a wellness centre and a tennis court are available on the premises.

Commentarios Gerais

Excellent location in the heart of Tuscany, 15 min from S. Gimignano and 1 hour away from popular cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc... The flat is part of a complex of a few dozens of houses, all of them recently built and well designed. Large enough for a small family and well equipped. Only regret: no table and chairs or barbecue in the garden. The area is very quiet. The swimming pool is decent, equipped with chairs and umbrellas, and well taken care of. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, though a bit expensive. Supermarkets 7 km away.
