Ancient restored barn comprising 2 nice apartments situated in short distance to the small town of San Casciano Val di Pesa, only 15 km from Florence centre and from the renowned villages of the Chianti region (Greve, Castellina, Gaiole in Chianti).
These two apartments provide comfortable interiors furnished in a typical Tuscan manner. The freeway connecting Florence to Siena is approx. 2 km away and offers easy access to the most important towns of the area.
Distance: a food shops is approx. 300 m away, the centre of San Casciano with all kinds of shops 600 m away, Florence (accessible by public transportation) approx. 15 km, Siena 45, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 35 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished outdoor areas ideal for al-fresco dining.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of Euro 50,- / per week (payment on site). Baby bed: € 50,- per week (to be paid on the spot)

N'hésitez pas ! Ces 2 maisons sont très propres et situées en plein centre
de la belle région du Chianti, ce qui vous permet une visite par jour pour
Florence, Sienne ou San Gimigiano pour ne nommer que ceux-là. Les hôtes de
ces lieux sont tout simplement merveilleux et d'un accueil que l'on ne peut
souhaiter plus chaleureux, vous vous sentirez chez vous. La vue est
magnifique et les lieux tranquille. Vous ne regretterez pas votre location.
Do not hesitate to rent! These 2 houses are extremely clean and well
situated right in the center of the beautiful Chianti region. This allows
for day visits to Florence, Sienna or San Gimigiano for instance. The host
of these grounds are simply marvellous and you will feel most welcome and at
home. The view is magnificent and peaceful. You will not regret renting
here.

| Very cozy, excellent hostess, clean, beautiful landscape.I love this area. I am for the second time in San Casciano and i just love it.
