Nice apartment situated in a small hamlet of houses on the Chianti hills, near the renowned Castle of Montegufoni, a beautiful ancient property dating back to the 12th century. This apartment provides a private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs and a panoramic swimming-pool to be shared with the with other apartments of the hamlet.
This apartment has been recently restored and is tastefully furnished in a typical Tuscan manner.
Distances: Montagnana Val di Pesa with a food shop and an excellent restaurant 1 km away, Montespertoli with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence approx. 20 km (a bus stop with busses to Florence is about 150 m away), Pisa approx. 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished outdoor area, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 2,5 – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
Parking within the grounds. All of the bedrooms are provided with mosquito nets.
Extra Services: baby bed available(€ 30,-/per week to be paid on the spot). . Maid service available by arrangement (payment on site).

| The property was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather prohibited us from dipping into the spectacular pool with a view, but the location of the property allowed us to travel around the area. Pisa, Lucca, San Gimigniano, Radda in Chianti, Florence and many other cities are within an hours drive making this villa a real gem. We really enjoyed our stay!

| The apartment is better than described!!
3 double bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, a big and well equipped kitchen...!
We loved stay here! The outdoor private area is nice and quiet, the pool has a great view...and the location is very convenient. Just 18 Km from Florence, and all the most beautiful spost of Tuscany are maximum an 1hour drive away...Volterra, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca..
Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings and some of them are really excellent!
We'd love to come back!
