Distances: Quarrata with food shops and a Golf Club at 2 km, Pistoia at 12 km, Florence at 40 km, Montecatini (very famous spa location): at 25 km, Lucca at 51 km, Pisa at 60 km, Versilia (sea and equipped beaches) at 80 km.
At guests’ disposal: private and equipped outdoor area, shared above-ground swimming pool (6 x 3 mt), shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Barbecue. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: extra single bed € 70,- / per week, baby bed € 20,- / per week.
Possibility to rent the two apartments together in order to have a private house for 8 people with private swimming pool.
