The owners of the property also run a beautiful farming estate (with “Chianine” cows and horses breeding) and a nice restaurant offering local recipes prepared with the biological products of the estate.
This charming property, surrounded by large green areas, is in easy reach to the beautiful art cities of the surrounding area like Orvieto, Todi, Gubbio and Rome (easily accessible by train from Fabro or Chiusi).
The access to the property is via 3 km of an unpaved but well-maintained road. A road passes nearby.
Distances: Fabro with all kinds of shops and railway station 4 km away, San Casciano dei Bagni with renowned spas 15 km, Città della Pieve 18 km, the beautiful town of Orvieto 25 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, fenced swimming-pool (7 x 14 m – maximum depth 2,3 m – open from 01/06 to 30/09), playground for children, barbecue.
Shared laundry. Parking within the grounds. Pets are allowed.
Extra services: Baby bed available on request € 10,- / per week (payment on site). Extra bed available on request € 15,- / per week (to be paid locally).
Possibility of organizing dinners and lunches in the restaurant of the estate offering nice local recipes (closed on Mondays). A bar is available for the guests of “Fattoria”. On request it is possible to arrange horse-back riding classes (for children as well), horse-back rides and coach excursions.
