Charming apartment situated in a small medieval village preserving its original architectural features and ancient charm. Raggio is in the historical centre where cars are not allowed (a public parking is approx. 50/100 m away).
This house is partially independent as it is adjoining to other buildings on two sides and offers beautiful panoramic views over the Val di Sieve hills. The beautiful Vallombrosa Abbey, an ancient Benedictine monastery dating back to the year 1036, is only a few kilometers away.
Pets are allowed.
Distances: the small village of Tosi with food shops 1 km away, Pelago with all kinds of shops 4 km, Vallombrosa 5 km, Pontassieve 11 km, Florence 25 km, Arezzo 70 km away.

Commentarios Gerais

If you want solitude away from the cities and great views and even better people then I would reccomned this property to anyone. Great location for 2 couples or a large family. We traveled all over italy and it was great to come "home" to here. The days we spent in the villa just enjoying the scenery, local food and over course the local wines, were by far my most memorable days. The local town of Tosi is just 2 minutes away by car had everything we needed and the shopkeepers were eager to help us decide the best things to buy. We loved the area. It was a short 30 minute drive to Firenze. The villa is In a perfect location if you want some solitude. The village was amazing, the views were great and the local people and dogs in the village were friendly. And it was really comfortable : 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes and such, in the bathroom we found everthing we needed, plenty of hot water for 4 adults. And Fabio, the owner, was great. He was kind and helpful with driving directions and places to eat.
