Os preços de aluguel indicados acima são divididos para temporada e são especifico para unidade. Em geral, o período mínimo de aluguel é de 7 dias, em este caso a chegada e a saída devem ser no sábado. No caso que o período mínimo de aluguel indicado seja inferior de 7 dias, os dias de chegada e saída podem ser flexiveis para qualquer dia da semana ( em este caso o preço a noite será indicado na coluna "diária".
Despesas extra (especificadas para unidade) não são incluídas no preço do aluguel e deveram ser pagas diretamente no local com o proprietário do imóvel ou um representante no momento da saída.
Commentarios Gerais
Rented both units (La Mura #1 & #2) for two weeks and was very satisfied with the accommodations and the hospitality of the owners. Very convenient to the village of San Gimignano (walking or driving) and yet very quiet and peaceful. Roberta speaks good English to help with your questions and Mama & Papa are quite dedicated to you enjoying yourself , even if though they do't speak English. Both units were clean and comfortable. Would recommend to any one who doesn't need a 5 Star hotel and enjoys the people as part of enjoying the culture.
The owners were very hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. A bigger
pool would have been nice but it suited our purposes and allowed us to
cool down in the heat.
