Situa-se a 2 Km do pequeno centro do vilarejo Galleno com lojinhas, a cerca de 6 Km de Fucecchio (cidade nativa do famoso escritor italiano, Indro Montanelli), a 6 Km de Santa Croce sull'Arno, a cerca de 20 Km da linda cidade termal de Montacatini, a 40 Km de Pisa (aeroporto), e a 45 Km de Firenze (aeroporto). Nas proximidades é possível encontrar vários outlets, onde se podem comprar artigos confeccionados em couro, como roupas, bolsas e calçados de excelente qualidade.
À disposição dos hóspedes há um grande jardim, uma linda piscina (com dimensões de 14 x 7m - profundidade max 1,40 m - aberta de 01/05 até 30/09), mesa de ping-pong, área para churrasco, jogos para crianças, lavanderia em comum, estacionamento interno. Para os apreciadores da culinária italiana, na propriedade há um pequeno restaurante onde é possível degustar pratos típicos e tradicionais da região. Todos os apartamentos têm ar-condicionado.

Commentarios Gerais
The villa was absolutely lovely, mainly for its privacy, space and amazing large private terrace. A car is absolutely necessary as the villa is way out in the country. Nearest village for groceries being about 2 kilometers away.the villa and complex was better than described.The kitchen was Perfect. Large fridge freezer and cooker. Perhaps could have been more pots.Cleaned regularly, bar situated at poolside (not expensive). Lots of wardrobe and draw space. The only thing which was missing was a full length mirror (perhaps a woman thing) but I'm sure if I had asked for one they would have brought me one. Also perhaps a brighter light would have been good when putting make-up on in the evening when the daylight is going.

The owner was Extremely helpful . We couldn't have wished for anything more. When we asked for something eg extra pillows, they were brought straight away.
Everything was perfect during our stay at Bigattiera Villa.
Our 10-y.o. daughter was happy with big and clean swimming-pool.
As we are fond of travelling - we were very happy with it's central location: approx. the same distance between Firenze, Lucca, Sienna, Pisa and numerous see-resorts.
Helpful friendly staff, there is even a nice bbq area for common use. There is no such panoramic view from the terrace as one could suggest, if you know for example southern tuscany and lonely villas there. But nice and clean, would recommend to only book Bigattiera 4 as that is the only one with a terrace. With this kind of weather, an must imho. Very nice pool area, kid's pool, walking grounds, overall rating 9/10. Ideal solution for couples with no kids.Need a car to get araound. Although only 10 minutes ride to next town and supermarket.
