Nice farm holidays situated in a quite and panoramic position in the countryside around Città di Castello. The property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into 2 apartments set in two different buildings at 20 mt of distance from one and other.
Distances: Croci di Castiglioni with food shops at 500 m, Città di Castello with all kind of shops at 11 km, Monterchi at 15 km, Arezzo at 45 km, Perugia at 55 km, Assisi at 60 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden equipped with garden furniture and swimming-pool (15 x 8 m – max. depth. 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well maintained road. Parking within the grounds. Pets are allowed.
Extra services: extra bed available on request (to be paid locally).

| The best holiday of my life! Stunning countryside, amazing towns with beautiful artworks nearby, great pool. Simplicity and a feeling of isolation, with all amenities very close, meant we came back totally relaxed.Absolutely beautiful! Old house, simply and tastefully done up.The location was Totally ideal for us. Situated in stunningly beautiful Umbrian hills and woodland, we nonetheless managed two trips to the sea (one to the West coast - slightly longer travel - and one to the East coast). Very good shops nearby.The pool was of a fantastic size. Just right. Large and wonderfully situated.
The area around the apartment was stunning. Cats, chickens, goats, ibis and herons on a nearby pond and two dear came really close one day..
We met the owner (briefly) and she was friendly. The person she had managing the place, Andrea, was wonderful and friendly.
