A casa é decorada em estilo rústico e tem uma magnífica vista sobre a paisagem circundante ricos com olivais e vinhas com uvas do famoso vinho Nobile. Distâncias: a encantadora povoação de Montepulciano (lojas de todos os tipos) famoso por produzir excelentes vinhos a 6 km, Torrita di Siena 7 km, Pienza 20 km, a bela vila medieval de Cortona 25 km, Siena 45 km. A disposiçao dos hóspedes: jardim, piscina para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes (9 x 5 m - 1,4 m profundidade máxima - aberto a partir de 02/06 a 30/09), churrasqueira. Estacionamento no interior da propriedade. Ferro para passar roupa disponível.

A very quiet place to stay and only a short distance from Montepulciano. We had a little trouble locating the house once we arrived in Ascianello but neighbors were fantastic, very helpful. The villa is spacious for 3 couples and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We had quite a time with the flys as the windows are not screened and we choose to use natural air conditioning [open windows]. So taking bug spray would have helped. Also, sitting outside there were mosquitoes and we did not have any repellant. We enjoyed the time we spent there!	Data Out 03 2009 Avaliação do cliente Detalhes
The villa is relatively small but very cosy. There were some disappointing details but nothing of very high importance really. The only thing to mention here is the fact that two joint bedrooms are located in the basement which makes the place quite humid and a little smelly at the beginning. Besides, you have to climb little stairs which might be especially dangerous for kids.The location is fine, close to Torrita di Siena and the famous for its wine Montepulciano, provided you have a car. There is nothing really in the walking distance however. The garden turned out to be even smaller than we had expected. Big kitchen with all the necessary ustensils and a big table in the centre. Great place to eat and spend some time together. Great Pool- small but just what you need for a couple of persons to stay in the water for a little while. Nice shape.
