Maravilhosa casa em pedra situada sobre as colinas que ficam ao redor da cidade de Cortona, em uma posição muito calma e com uma vista panorâmica. A casa foi reformada procurando deixar inalterado o charme original e antigo.
A decoração mantém alguns elementos originais da Toscana como a lindíssima pavimentação em “cotto” e vigas a vista.
Distancias: loja alimentícia a 500 metros, Cortona a 2 km, Arezzo a cerca de 30 km, Perugia e Siena no raio de 50 km, o Lago Trasimeno com praias a 18 km.
Quadra de tênis a 2 km.
A disposição do hospede: grande e lindo jardim e terraços equipados com mesas e cadeiras, piscina com uso exclusivo com vista incrível para o Lago Trasimeno e para a Valdichiana.
As janelas de o primeiro andar da casa estão equipada com rede mosqueteiro.
Estacionamento interno na propriedade. Telefone (pagamento da ligação será efetuado depois cada ligação no local). Ferro para passar.Sob pedido è possível alugar cama de bebê por 52 Euro por semana (pagamento no local).
Serviços extras: empregada sob pedido 15 Euro por hora (pagamento no local).
Check-in entre 16.00 e 19.00 horas do sábado a tarde.
Chegada depois das 19.00 horas não serão aceitas. |

| We had a wonderful time at this villa...the owners were a delight(they speak Italian) and their property welcoming. The View is to die for .....we enjoyed many meals outdoors overlooking the woods and far below a lake. We could not use the fireplace because of the dry conditions in the surrounding area...but it really was too beautiful to be indoors....it was a wonderful vacation as the villa is within driving time of nor more than an hour(or less)to many old hill towns and wine cites...we hit 7 of them in a week. Enjoyed eating at Cory's just down the road. Would recomend this properety to friends. Cheri Neenah ,Wis

| A fantastic family retreat. We enjoyed the yard, the house, the pool, and of course running down to Corry's for coffee!! The privacy and the space gave us just the rest and relaxation we were looking for. Thanks to the owners who worked with us on our Italian, they were wonderful. |

| This villa is an excellent location for quiet and solitude while still being very accessible to centro of Cortona and surrounding towns and villas. The facilities including the bathrooms and kitchen were in excellent condition. Cannot reach town by walking but lots of parking available in town. Highly recommend this villa for up to 6 people comfortably. |

| Great location with access to everything you may need. Rapolano Terme is a quiet little non-tourist town with wonderful people. The property is clean and well kept and felt like home. Great view for sunsets, pool, a little wood-burning bbq for outdoor cooking. Just wonderful. I highly recommend it!!! |

| What a wonderful villa!! The gardens are stunning, as is the view as we looked down into the valley. We were serenaded by a coo coo bird; I'd never heard one (that wasn't in a clock!) before! It is, indeed, walking distance to Cortona, but the road is narrow, winding and dark at night, so walking is not such a good idea. Tons to do in Cortona, OR you can do NOTHING at all at 'home' (the villa) or in Cortona. A great, relaxing vacation for our 'babymoon'. Mille Grazie, especially to the lovely owners who greeted us when we arrived (and explained how to open the gate at the end of the loooooong driveway from the house). Ciao! |
